By using OnTrue Alarm you agree to these terms. The app is provided by OnTrue Alarm. Questions: support@ontruealarm.com.

The service

OnTrue Alarm lets you create time reminders and conditional alarms (weather, traffic, markets, sports, trains). Time reminders are scheduled on the device. Conditionals are evaluated in the cloud on a schedule and cadence, then delivered once to the phone.

No emergency or guaranteed wake-up

Do not rely on OnTrue Alarm as your only alarm for safety, medical, legal, or travel-critical events. Phones, networks, vendor data, Focus modes, and OS permission changes can prevent a ring. Live scores, quotes, weather, traffic, and trains can be late or wrong.

Your content

You are responsible for the alarms you create and for keeping Sign in with Apple or Google secure if you use an account.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse the APIs behind the app, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the service. We may disable accounts or alarms that harm the product or our providers.

As is

The app is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent allowed by law we are not liable for missed alarms, delayed data, or indirect damages.

Changes

We may update the app and these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
