If an alarm did not ring

• Confirm the alarm is enabled and, for a condition, that you are inside the schedule window.
• Allow notifications (and Critical / AlarmKit permission when iOS asks) so alarm-style can present like Clock.
• Soft style is a single notification. It will not keep ringing.
• Conditional alarms need a network path to our servers. Time reminders do not.

Account restore

Sign in before you delete the app if you want cloud alarms back. After reinstall, open OnTrue Alarm (or sign in again) to restore.
